The staff are polite and they very kindly clean inside and outside of my car.

The car went in for its annual MOT. The booking in process was well handled and the test itself concluded efficiently within the time specified. An additional bonus was to have the car cleaned externally and internally - a nice added feature

I have a service agreement which made things very simple and haste free when it came to servicing my vehicle and the curtesy car was an added benefit allowing me to get to and from work.

Poor communication over costs and on work to be carried out. I felt very poorly treated by both the woman who was ‘looking after me’ and her manager, who implied that I was either lying or had forgotten about conversations that never took place.

The service advisor is not fully competent in describing problems and/or repairs. Most of the time, the service advisors are not reachable and they give all sorts of wrong and misleading information. The time taken for diagnostics is always too long

Missed 5 star rating because tyre pressure monitoring query not well answered. There is discrepancy of about 0.2 bar between actual measured tyre pressure and car's monitoring system reading: I asked if pressure monitoring system can be recalibrated.

I booked the car in for its first service and two safety recalls. At the time of booking I was not advised that I needed the car to have a half tank of fuel. The second recall wasn't done and is happening at a later date.

i been told my car will by done in 1 to 2 days it was there for 4 just to change rubber at tailgate.
