Missed 5 star rating because tyre pressure monitoring query not well answered. There is discrepancy of about 0.2 bar between actual measured tyre pressure and car's monitoring system reading: I asked if pressure monitoring system can be recalibrated.

I booked the car in for its first service and two safety recalls. At the time of booking I was not advised that I needed the car to have a half tank of fuel. The second recall wasn't done and is happening at a later date.

The service was good and well performed. Staff friendly and professional, good service. Booking the appointment was a disappointments,three weeks to get an appointment, no reply to e-mail request, days of waiting to get called back - poor reception

Great to be able to trust a company to service and MOT your car, and not require work to be done! The video survey is a great way of seeing what is going on with your car.

Physical service excellent . Need to work on customer service, I.e. better way of tracking car status for example is my car ready for pick up tonight? While you are optimising your time, the client need to optimise theirs too!

Always on time, helpful, clear communication, and car returned valeted, even after just giving it an MOT. They take pride in their work.

I found the staff to be helpful and polite. However I did ask for info regarding my key setting. The person that took my keys on delivery made a note, of my enquiry but nothing re the matter was fed back to me. I found this very dissapointing.
