The car was booked in quickly for recall work and the work was carried out on time. The staff are always polite and helpful

The car came back missing the front bonnet badge. I spoke to you on 28/2 and was told I would be rung back. Nothing happened. I spoke again on 4/4 and was told I would be rung back. Nothing happened. Will someone please call me and sort this.

The service started well (it was easy to book and drop off the car) and ended well (the car was nicely washed), however, in between was very poor. It took 48 hours to tell me I had a flat tyre and when I picked up the car the tyre was still flat:-(
