From start to finish was kept informed The health check video is great and detailed. The technician also came out when I picked up my car to speak to me. Chris Elderfield, great man! He explained the things my car needed work on clearly.

Was met by Anna on arrival and helped check me even before 8am. CHRIS Elderfield called to let me know what was required to be done and ensured work was done on time and explained future work needed. The entire team were very professional and helpful

The quality of service has declined significantly over the past year. I had to bring the car twice because they could not bring all the parts required for servicing my car, even tho they knew about what was required well in advance.

Overall they done all their checks and made sure it was a thorough investigation. Wasn't happen with the outcome however I was happy with the service.

Generally Vivek was very competent and friendly. However the rear left indicator which was repaired started to play up again one day I have collected the car - hence I have taken one star off the mark

Even though I arrived early (before 8am ) i was greeted and helped to scan and drop my keys in the box outside the showroom. During the morning I was informed of where my car was in the process and when it would be ready (which was on time).

Again, top service, lovely staff. Car always comes back clean. I have dealt with Mercedes service at several different dealers and it doesn't compare to you guys. My next car purchase will be another BMW based on the service at kentish town.

Generally good customer experience. The complimentary visual check is welcome, although I guess it's not as thorough as an MOT. The hour of work at £200+ seems pricey, my insurer has a cap at £70/hour in comparison.

I have no complaints, except perhaps that as the car as in for its MOT the report I received at the end of the day might have mentioned that it had got through the MOT or would do if I had the recommended work carried out rather than no mention of it

I booked a while-you-wait service, but was kept waiting three hours for a brake fluid check and the car wasn't cleaned. Added a star back on for a discounted payment.
