Trying to charge for obvious warranty claims. 'Investigation' work not undertaken. Dismissive, rude and the reason I will change brands at the end of this lease. Overall impression of disinterest and no desire to solve issues.

After checking in with receptionist was left waiting for someone to check my car in.

Booked a 90 minute Fast Lane service. On arrival, they said 'give us 2 hours' After 2 hours, the car still wasn't ready, but they asked me to pay £50 more than the online quote. Got the car back after 3 hours (& lots of excuses) Won't be going back
