On booking my service I was told I could wait and it would take approx 90 minutes. It actually took just over 2.5 hours. They charged a bit less than the total quoted as one of the filters did not need replacing and washed and cleaned the car.

Very unhappy!!! There should be some allocated time within booking an MOT to fix items on a well maintained BMW serviced car. I should not be "surprised" that my car fails an MOT and then be expected to just leave it there for days! Poor service!

As far as I can tell the service was very good but the car came back with new damage to the paintwork. Luckily, this polished out but not asking me to sign or even see the damage diagram which was then produced on delivery left a bad impression.

When booking car in asked for BMW dashcam (Advanced Car Eye 2.0) to be installed. Was told this could be done but would take extra day, in event would have taken four days to get and install.

didn't even put any screen wash in for a service.... very poor.

Engine oil and microfilter replaced. After leaving garage, on-board info system confirmed that engine oil good for another 16000 miles but microfilter only 800. That cannot be right. Emailed Barons Kentish Town but no response received.

They found the issue that's been plaguing the car since I bought it and have resolved it for me. They contacted the garage I bought the car from to investigate and gave me as much information as they could to help me understand the issue.

I was initially informed that I would be collecting my car at the end of the day. No one from BMW had the common curtesy to inform me otherwise. Therefore, I had to call the following day only to be told that work wasn't carried out on my car as yet

The cleaning of my car was not complete!!! even though this was promised from the start. Inside the car was was not hoovered, even though they you had the car for a week i had to wait additional time after i came to pick it up.

My car is never washed when I arrive to pick up the car, and I always have to wait 30mins - 1 hour to pick up the car.
