The service was good in general but when I booked my initial Service they mentioned that the car would have recall work done but did not mention that it required 2 days so I had to rebook. If I'd known I would have chosen another date.

Good service; only slight negative point was that the car was not quite ready when I was told it would be and I had to wait around 40 minutes for it.

Getting a booking is not a pleasant experience. However, once checked in, Charmaine looked after me well - nice to be recognised as a regular customer. Although it was only an MOT, it would have been nice to have a clean car returned to me.

The garage informed me that the car was ready at 11am, I agreed to collect it at 4 pm . When I came to collect it at 4pm , the car wasn't cleaned yet . So I had to wait another half an hour .

Reception staff are delightful and kept me informed about cost and schedule. Also, unlike the last three services (for this & another BMW) , I did not have to return to the garage to have a new problem fixed that was not evident when I took it in.

Lock fault could not be explained. Was asked to come back again when I did Technician was not available so follow up appointment had to be rearranged. Am still awaiting a call to agree appointment. Other fault: occasional noise occurring from brake

My car was finished at 12.30pm and came to pick it up at 6pm, but somehow there wasn't time to have it washed even though I was told on the phone that it would be washed. I did not expect this given the premium I pay to service my car at BMW.

Poor customer feedback. Failure to keep informed of progress/status of vehicle service. Constant phoning, messages, no response. Understaffed, badly managed. Charmaine tried hard redeem situation and was charming as were service once i spoke to them

2 small things. I asked to have my satnav fired up and forgot it when I collected the car, so did BMW. The NSF door was replaced. I now find that on engaging "R" the NSF mirror does not automatically tip down so you can see the kerb.

Given the cost of the work it would have been appreciated if the car had been cleaned before collection, rather than less clean then when delivered.

After its first service, Apple Car Play wasn't working and all personal settings had been removed because of software upgrade. I wasn't warned about this. They couldn't fix it that day but were very helpful in sorting it out hence 1 star deduction.

On booking my service I was told I could wait and it would take approx 90 minutes. It actually took just over 2.5 hours. They charged a bit less than the total quoted as one of the filters did not need replacing and washed and cleaned the car.

I had no updates until I called. I called 4 times before someone picked up. It took 4 days to get our car back

Rajeev was great, he helped me every step of the way and made sure my repairs were carried out at the earliest possible opportunity. Meraz was also very helpful when I collected my car. Great service all round!

I explained the above to them and the Assistant Manager's response was "that's life." No wonder they have a 3.0 out of 5 rating.
