They were very clear and precise in handling the service to my satisfaction

Communication was not easy. It was not clear that it would take more than a day and the pick up time was not given to me in advance which made it hard for me to collect it until the next day.

They didn't manage to get the service and MOT done in one day (and the service was just an oil and brake fluid service).

There was a new scrape on one of my wheels after the service but it would be hard to prove as there was some slight rim damage before.

Extremely difficult to make the booking (for a winter tyre swap) in the first place. Then when I arrived Service were not aware I was there for the winter tyre swap but thought it was for 2 recall notices. OK in the end as the tyres were there.

It took almost 3 weeks for Barons to fix my car which initially went in because it would not start. Communications from Barons was poor and the repair took far too long. Also they lied to me about whether they had talked to the Warranty insurers

The greeter, reception, Charmaine and the engineers are all really good at sorting out the car, keeping me up to date and listening to my comments.
