After checking in with receptionist was left waiting for someone to check my car in.
Booked a 90 minute Fast Lane service. On arrival, they said 'give us 2 hours' After 2 hours, the car still wasn't ready, but they asked me to pay £50 more than the online quote. Got the car back after 3 hours (& lots of excuses) Won't be going back
I wish they had given me a courtesy car. Courtesy car can be used as a marketing trick to lure a customer into buying their next car.
All matters relating to my car was explained to me beforehand with no add on.
