The service was good and well performed. Staff friendly and professional, good service. Booking the appointment was a disappointments,three weeks to get an appointment, no reply to e-mail request, days of waiting to get called back - poor reception

Physical service excellent . Need to work on customer service, I.e. better way of tracking car status for example is my car ready for pick up tonight? While you are optimising your time, the client need to optimise theirs too!

I found the staff to be helpful and polite. However I did ask for info regarding my key setting. The person that took my keys on delivery made a note, of my enquiry but nothing re the matter was fed back to me. I found this very dissapointing.

Polite, quick. Service was same day, technician even gave me a lift back to the station.

The service was good. I had a small dent in my car for which I asked for a repair quote. After much chasing, when I got the quote it was ridiculous.
